Use the knowledge of the "Collaborative learning practices session" to propose a solution that can solve the problem. Make sure your argument does not exceed 100 words, but it should justify your preferred solution. Background
Pelgulinna Gümnaasium which consists of 950 students and 68 teachers the students background is 85% estonian 15% russian. Pelgulinna gümnaasium got branches like art, informatics, math-logic, folk dance.The school pedagogical approach is Innovation and use of digital tools, including digital safety, coding, drones etc.
Problem:
The school leadership highlighted a problem related with the teachers not sharing their course material with each other, while sharing course material not only increase the level of cooperation and collaboration among teachers, it also saves considerable amount of time to prepare new course material. Finally, collaboration among teachers helps in learning from each others’ experiences and improving themselves.
